Your Responsibilities
  • System Maintenance
    The maintenance of your server, hosting and domain are of your own responsibility. We will not be responsible if your server experiences downtime or is attacked by hackers. Our software will run on your hardware, therefore your servers must be maintained and monitored by you.

  • Blog Content
    All content publishing by your blog and its admins must be controlled by you. Wuzly as an entity and company will not support you in any legal cases or disagreements that involves the content displayed on your blog that has not been written or published by Wuzly itself.

  • User-Generated Content
    The management of commenting and other methods of user-contribution on your blog is your responsibility. You have the ability to control these forms of communication using a platform and it is encouraged that you do so lawfully and responsibly.
Our Responsibilities
  • Termination
    We promise, under a binding agreement, to never terminate, disrupt or penalise a blog of a Wuzly user. This promise of non-termination regards the content of a blog, illegal or otherwise. However, if the blog or website breaks our legal guidelines or infringes unorthodox trademark violations, Wuzly may take legal action towards the owners of the blog.

  • Support
    To the best of our abilities, we will attempt to support you with your Wuzly blog or issues regarding the installation, function or general-use of it. This support will only occur if you are running an un-modified version of our platform and you or others have not edited any system or other file regarding Wuzly.
Downloading
  • Downloading from the Web
    Our services and support will only be available for people who have downloaded their Wuzly installation (release.zip) directly from this website (wuzly.com). Do not download Wuzly from any mirror or other websites that offer a download. The owners of other websites may have modified the platform to cause a negative impact on your server or to function improperly compared to the regular platform. This is why it is strongly recommended that you navigate through our website and search for a download that is under our domain.
Limited Liability
  • Liability
    Wuzly will not be held responsible for any cases or lawsuits that involve the use of our platform in a manner that isn't specified by us. If you publish illegal content or content that violates the concerns of others who engage in legal debates we will not hold any rule in the situation. You must deal with the consequences yourself without our help.
Distribution
  • Distribution of Wuzly
    In no circumstances do we permit you or other websites to host copies of Wuzly that have been modified or not. As specified in our license agreement you may not edit Wuzly and redistribute this version online or offline to other people. This may cause legal distribution and we will engage accordingly depending on your actions.
Modification
  • Changes to the Terms of Service Agreement
    Wuzly remains the right to edit or modify this agreement in any way at any time without the notification of users. However, any changes to the terms of service agreement must be specified as an "Update" in the lower section of this document.
